Specific requirements for this role
Due to continued growth with our firm, we are currently expanding our Strategic Programme Delivery team. As a result we are looking to add a senior risk management consultant with extensive experience working across a range of projects relating to risk and regulation within global financial institutions.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience leading and supporting workstreams and projects of enterprise-wide initiatives as well as a sound technical understanding of project and programme management methodologies.
We are looking to make this hire at Senior Manager level.
Senior Manager Responsibilities
Strategy and People
Raising the profile of the firm in its chosen markets by delivering quality work to our clients.
Developing trusted, influential and long term relationships with the firm’s clients that result in Parker Fitzgerald becoming the ‘go to’ firm within its core areas of expertise and service offerings
Being an advocate for the firm at all times representing its core values.
Supporting senior management in converting key sales opportunities both within the firm’s existing client base and wider market.
Is a key contributor to specific client propositions, white papers and case studies in conjunction with the firm’s Commercial function.
Senior delivery manager: plans, mobilises and successfully delivers the project within budget and timescales using PFG . Actively manages a team and applies best practice
Provides leadership and advice to more junior staff and takes on line management responsibility for a number of permanent staff within the service line
Manages associate staff when required and ensures from the client perspective there is one cohesive PFG team, irrespective of permanent or associate status
Managing the professional development of the engagement team, in line with our values and culture, and also acts as a coach to client staff working on the engagement team as and when appropriate
Maintaining a continuous commitment to the excellence of the work undertaken and deliverables completed so that the firm’s senior client relationships are deepened and it is retained for future engagements
Demonstrates a clear desire to develop consulting skills across a breadth of the firm’s service lines. Is recognised as a thought leader within an area of specialisation within one of those service lines.
Constantly striving to increase technical and subject matter knowledge in relevant areas of the firm.
