Parker Fitzgerald (‘PFG’), strategic advisor and consulting partner to the world’s leading financial institutions today announces the expansion of its Global Advisory Board with the appointment of Tim Eyles.
The Global Advisory Board serves to provide strategic direction and advice on critical risk management, regulatory, economic and technology issues often central to clients’ operating strategy and their ability to create sustainable value for shareholders. Led by Andrew Moss, former CEO of Aviva, the Global Advisory Board also provides direct support to the executive team at Parker Fitzgerald in the areas of corporate and client strategy, strategic partnerships, industry advocacy and wider market engagement.
Tim has led international law firm Taylor Wessing through a period of global transformation during his 9 years as UK Managing Partner and is a leading member of both its international and UK boards. He was previously head of the firm’s Corporate practice for over 10 years, focussing on major Private Equity transactions, in which capacity he also sat on the firm’s UK board.
Scott Vincent, CEO, Parker Fitzgerald Group, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Tim to the firm. His extensive experience in leading a top international law firm along with his credentials as a senior corporate lawyer compliments the great depth of experience in our current Advisory Board. Our intention is to build a world class transaction advisory service offering for clients in addition to our existing capabilities, in anticipation of increased M&A activity over the next five years. Tim’s appointment is key to enabling that.”
Tim Eyles, Senior Advisor, Parker Fitzgerald, said: “Parker Fitzgerald has established its position as a true market leader. I have been deeply impressed with the leadership they have shown to date, their vision for the firm and progress made over such a short timescale.
The work they do across the industry is frequently ground breaking. I look forward to supporting Scott, Andrew and their superb team with the ongoing development of their strategy and the business more widely.”
Andrew Moss, Chairman, Parker Fitzgerald, concludes: “I am delighted that Tim has chosen to join our Advisory Board. Attracting leaders of Tim’s stature and standing acts as further confirmation of the firms position as the leading challenger brand in financial services consulting. I have no doubt that Tim’s insight and experience will further propel the firms ambition”
