Creating a positive impact is engrained within our firm culture. We deliver beyond the port of call to clients and wish to influence our communities in a parallel manner.
To us, citizenship extends beyond the inherent ethical practices we perform; rather it is about being an active member within the environment we exist.Raising money for charitable partnerships and community organisations is only part of our engagement strategy.

Instead we place equal emphasis on employees joining in with charitable work through mentoring schemes, leading expedition days and developing career skills through our TeamWork initiative.

COMMUNITY TEAMWORK
Our Community TeamWork initiative is our employee volunteering scheme that allows our people to take a day out of the office and spend it supporting local non-profit organisations.
Through TeamWork projects, our people are able to leverage the same qualities they bring to their professional work: excellence, commitment, innovation, energy and creativity; applying this to initiatives that directly impact and improve the operations, facilities or business practices of the chosen non-profit organisations we support. In 2016, our people, family and friends of the firm are planning to contribute over 5,000 hours to non-profit organisations in the communities where we work and live.
