You’ll work with consultants and industry specialists with deep expertise in regulation, technology, risk and finance related change. You’ll be working at the forefront of the most challenging issues faced by our clients, from their most strategically significant technology to the development of the agile lab blueprints which define the change operating model of the future.
- A passion for delivering impactful projects and programmes in complex environments to solve our clients’ most valuable problems
- Knowledge of one or more financial services sectors gained in consulting or industry
- Experience of having worked in an agile organisation whether as a scrum master, product owner or coach
- A strong project management and change management skill set and experience, normally gained from large, full-cycle implementation projects.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with the credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels
