Our teams of industry practitioners, ex-regulators and expert consultants work with clients to develop risk strategy, risk frameworks and policies, risk models and organisational capabilities in response to market pressures and regulatory initiated change across the financial services sector. We are specialists in model development and model validation for banking book, trading book and treasury risk portfolios and in defining and implementing market leading model governance and model risk management solutions.
Working in our Quantitative Analytics team you will design and deliver quantitative projects for our clients as part of a team of highly skilled consultants and industry specialists. You will work across the model lifecycle and across the Financial Services sector, delivering results that drive value for our clients and create competitive advantage. You will work through the biggest challenges and their implications to develop and implement market leading solutions.

You will have, or develop, expertise across a range of portfolios and modelling techniques to address our clients’ priorities; it’s as essential as the client demand for our services if broad. - The ability to apply advanced knowledge of statistical techniques to real-world client problems
- To have the knowledge and skills to work across the model lifecycle from development and validation through to review and governance
- The motivation and energy to manage your own work ensuring that it is of the highest technical quality and is delivered on time
- The attitude to embody a “can do” attitude to exceeding demanding client needs
- Communication skills and the awareness of wider business impacts to and adapt style and method to the audience
- Graduate degree (2:1 or above) in a quantitative subject (maths, statistics, engineering) from a reputable university. Candidates with a relevant postgraduate qualification will be prioritised
- Practical experience in the use of relevant statistical packages and/or programming languages (e.g. SAS, R, Python, VBA & SQL)
