- Deep knowledge of a security specialism, whether it be Cyber, Financial Crime, Data Privacy or infrastructure or architecture resilience.
- Experience of at least one financial services sector.
- The intellectual curiosity and desire to develop your knowledge and expand your horizons.
- Experience of having worked in a top-tier financial institution, consultancy or with a regulator.
- Broad understanding of the business, regulatory and technology trends shaping the challenges of the future.
- The strong communication and influencing skills needed to convey often complex concepts for maximum impact.
