Security Specialist

We work with clients to respond strategically to the increasing threat level and risks faced by financial institutions in relation to Cyber, Financial Crime, Data Privacy and the overall resilience of their core systems infrastructure and architecture. We have deep subject matter expertise across all areas of anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-fraud and anti-bribery & corruption as well as cyber strategy, information security, intelligence & analytics and operational resilience and provide executives of the world’s largest financial institutions with independent advice, ‘state of the art’ technology solutions and independent assurance.

Role Description

The scale of the task faced by our clients has never been greater and the nature of it never more challenging. Working as part of focused teams of specialists or on larger programmes you will deliver the subject matter specialism critical to solving our clients’ most valuable problems. The teams you are working in will be the best and brightest, whether drawn from industry or consulting. Though you could specialise over time, you will have the opportunity to work across sectors so the growth of your knowledge and experience need to know no bounds.

Role requirements

  • Deep knowledge of a security specialism, whether it be Cyber, Financial Crime, Data Privacy or infrastructure or architecture resilience.
  • Experience of at least one financial services sector.
  • The intellectual curiosity and desire to develop your knowledge and expand your horizons.
  • Experience of having worked in a top-tier financial institution, consultancy or with a  regulator.
  • Broad understanding of the business, regulatory and technology trends shaping the challenges of the future.
  • The strong communication and influencing skills needed to convey often complex concepts for maximum impact.
