Alex leads the firm’s Wealth Management and Private Banking practice. He has a strong industry and consulting background, specialising in strategy, programme leadership and organisational transformation. His significant experience defining, shaping and executing delivering strategic transformation has been gained in the most challenging and complex environments having worked previously at Deutsche Bank, PA Consulting and UBS.
Alex has led the development and implementation of organisational and business strategies. He has created new target operating models that enabled strategies from growth to efficiencies and has led people development, culture change and leadership programmes. As Head of Change, Alex designed and built a new Enterprise Risk Management function for a Global Bank that brought together key components of risk management including strategy, frameworks, portfolio management and key regulatory responses, across risk types and enterprise themes, on a global basis.
