James Clark
James is a Partner within Parker Fitzgerald's Transformation practice. He has more than 15 years' experience in management consulting and the financial services industry, where he has led major programmes for Lloyds Banking Group, RBS and Metro Bank. His career started in strategic policy with the Australian Department of Defence, before moving to the UK to pursue a career in consulting with Accenture.

James has a track record of engaging Board-level executives to design and support the delivery of target operating models, new processes, business transition, operational improvements, complex programmes and benefits realisation across both established and challenger UK Banks.

Since joining Parker Fitzgerald, James has led the development and delivery of mortgage credit risk strategy for a major UK lender. More recently, James has been leading the risk integration of a major credit card business on behalf of a major UK retail bank.

James holds a BA in Economic History and Politics from the University of Sydney and an MA in International Relations from the University of New South Wales.
