Miguel Berna Esteban
Miguel is a Director within Parker Fitzgerald’s Transformation practice. As a former fixed income derivatives structurer, Miguel brings a wealth of experience having spent the last 13 years working for leading Investment Banks, including JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, in a number of senior management positions within Sales & Trading and Operations. Miguel has supported major Risk and Finance transformation initiatives across EMEA, delivering significant operational and financial benefits across business functions (from Front Office to Back Office).

Possessing a holistic understanding of Credit Risk, Capital and Liquidity prudential reporting requirements for both Investment and Retail banks, Miguel has specific knowledge of the underlying data architectures which support regulatory regimes such as COREP, FSA IRR & ILAS.

Miguel is an articulate communicator who takes a measured and consultative approach to problem solving; highly competent working with a variety of business and technical teams to drive and deliver optimal business processes and solutions for Parker Fitzgerald's clients.

Miguel holds a BSc in Economics and a BSc in Business Management (Finance) from the University of Alicante.
